The city of Torhout renewed their beautiful main square in 2023. The city contacted Festor to decorate the square for the grand reopening event. Our Festive creators got to work and did what they do best: make things Festive. With a simple but classy look that combined wood and white with a variety of flowers, the reopening was a big succes.
