Festor was contacted by the IT departement 'Ypto' of the SNCB, the Belgian Railway Company. Each year they organize a happening where they present the goals, mission and vision of the company to their employees. This evening is the ideal opportunity to thank all the colleagues for contributions they made in the past year, therefore the event had to be a festive experience. Themed 'Winter Wonderland', the event was a true succes, motivating the employees to head into the new year. From Christmas trees to ski lifts, from a cosy table decoration to a tasty winter meal... Festor handled the full event and ensured that everyone had a good night.
Ypto wanted to organize their annual corporate event to both communicate the company’s vision and goals and to thank employees for their contributions over the past year. The challenge was to create a winter-themed experience that felt magical, motivating, and fully immersive for the staff.
Festor managed the full concept and execution of the event, from themed decoration to catering and entertainment. By creating a cohesive winter atmosphere, combined with a delicious dinner and cozy details, the Winter Wonderland event became a festive and motivating experience for all employees.
