Cirque Royal
For the second year in a row Festor hosted the employee party of YPTO, SNCB’s IT department. It was that time of the year for their annual event, and this year, they were bringing the magic of Cirque Royal to life. The event serves as a platform to unveil the company's mission, vision, and goals, while also being a heartfelt thank you to all employees for their dedication throughout the year. With the theme set, Festor jumped into action. From the vibrant circus decorations to the mesmerizing performances, every detail was planned to ensure an unforgettable evening. Colleagues were treated to an immersive experience, surrounded by the wonders of Cirque Royal, leaving them inspired and motivated for the year ahead.
YPTO wanted more than just a staff party. The annual event needed not only to bring all employees together, but also to tell a strong story. In addition, it was important to surprise a diverse IT organization with a concept that was both unifying and memorable, while at the same time expressing genuine appreciation for their efforts over the past year. The bar was set high, especially after the success of the previous edition.
Festor translated this challenge into a total concept with the magic of Cirque Royal as the common thread. Through strong thematic development, impressive décor, and carefully selected live performances, YPTO’s story was brought to life in a creative and immersive way. Every element of the evening contributed to a coherent experience. The result was an inspiring event that resonated with employees long after it ended.
